CFS is a single-source provider of ground and logistics services in North America launched in 2009 by logistics entrepreneur James Crane and a select management team. Crane established a reputation for transportation quality, service, and innovation with EGL, Inc., the logistics provider he founded in 1984 and sold in 2007. Crane serves as Chairman of the Board for the new company, which is based in Houston, Texas.
As a logistics group specializing in distribution networks, CFS maintains a neutral profile in the transportation sector. Current primary vertical markets served include the airline industry, energy, automotive sectors and professional sports.
